Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Pro stays active until the end of the period you paid for, then drops back to Free.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes. If a paid export does not work on your device, or you are not happy with a purchase, email us within 14 days of the payment and we will refund it.
What counts as an export?
One rendered video file. Re-exporting the same song in another format counts as a new export on Free.
Do I need an account for free exports?
You can preview and export without an account. Daily limits are counted in your browser.
