Privacy Policy

When you add a song or cover art, the file is read by your browser and analyzed on your own device. The preview and the exported video are rendered locally too. Your audio, your images and the videos you export are not uploaded to, stored on or seen by our servers.

Exported videos are saved directly to your computer or phone. We do not keep a copy and cannot recover one for you.

We store a small amount of information in your browser's local storage so the site works:

• a counter of how many free exports you have made today, to apply the daily free limit;
• your last editor settings — style, colors, format and similar choices — so the editor opens the way you left it;
• if you buy a paid plan, the information needed to recognise your purchase on this device.

This data stays in your browser. You can remove it at any time by clearing the site data for musicvisualizer.online in your browser settings.

We do not use advertising cookies and we do not sell or share your data with advertisers.

To understand which features are used, we count a few actions in the editor — for example that an export was started, or that a paid option was clicked. These are stored only as daily totals. They are not linked to you: no cookie, no visitor ID, no IP address and nothing about your music is recorded. If your browser sends a Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal, these actions are not counted at all.

We do not use third-party analytics services.

The site is hosted on Cloudflare. Like any website, when your browser requests a page Cloudflare processes technical data such as your IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time of the request, in order to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. We do not combine this data with anything that identifies you.

Paid plans are sold through a third-party payment provider that acts as the seller of record. Your card or other payment details are entered on their checkout and are never seen or stored by us.

After a purchase, the provider shares with us the details needed to deliver what you bought and to support you: your email address, what you purchased, the amount, the country used for tax, and the status of your subscription.

If you email us, we keep your message and email address for as long as needed to answer you and to keep a record of the request.

We share data only with the service providers needed to run the site — our hosting provider and our payment provider — and only when the law requires it. We never sell personal data.

Purchase records are kept for as long as your plan is active and afterwards for as long as tax and accounting rules require. Support emails are kept for up to two years. Data in your browser stays there until you clear it.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, or to object to how it is used. To make a request, email [email protected]. We answer within 30 days.

The site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them.

If we change how we handle data, we will update this page and the date at the top. Significant changes will be noted on the site.
